CCTV: Police hunt for delivery driver attacker

Police want to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV images about the incident.

The 42-year-old driver was attacked as he delivered a parcel to a property in Dinnington Road, Woodsetts, at around 10.40am on Friday, June 8.

“The suspect is believed to have punched the 42-year-old, causing him to fall to the floor,” said a police spokesman.

“The suspect is then alleged to have stolen the keys for the parcel van and drove the vehicle away.

“The van was later recovered abandoned in North Anston.”

The driver was not seriously injured.

Police believe the man pictured could hold vital information and are keen to speak to him, or anyone that recognises him.
