FESTIVE pupils have been spreading a little magic with deliveries of Christmas hampers.

Care homes, charities and churches have all had a special delivery from the children of Listerdale Junior Academy.

Executive principal Lindsey Burgin said it was a chance to spread the thos of the school's Listerdale Magic initiative, which encourages pupils to uphold standards of kindness, respect and other values, to the wider community.

Broom Lane care home, Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, Shiloh Rotherham and Rotherham Rise were among the 11 organisations included on the gifting list.
