Car torched in Rawmarsh

A CAR was torched in Rawmarsh in the early hours of yesterday morning (Monday).

A CAR was torched in Rawmarsh in the early hours of yesterday morning (Monday). 

A crew from Rotherham fire station was called to Coronation Road at 2.35am.

The cause of the fire was deliberate and the crew left the scene at 3.15am, said a spokeswoman from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 

A police car was also set alight in Rawmarsh two days earlier.
