Car overturns in Thorpe Hesley accident
ONE person was taken to hospital after a car overturned near Thorpe Hesley.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service confirmed it had been called to the scene in Wentworth Road at 9.30am today after the car flipped over an ended up in a ditch.
A spokeswoman said: “We dispatched one ambulance and a rapid response vehicle to the scene.
“One patient was taken to the Northern General Hospital.”
No details have been released about the casualty or their injuries.
