Car fire in Maltby spreads to fence

A DELIBERATE car fire in Maltby last night (Thursday) spread to a fence.

Firefighters from Maltby station were called to Glencairn Close at 9.55pm where a Mercedes was on fire and remained at the scene for 45 minutes, a spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.

The fire spread to a fence and was started deliberately, she added.
