Car fire in Clifton was accidental
A CAR that was on fire in Clifton was deemed to had been started accidentally, fire officials say.
Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to tackle a burning BMW 1 series at 7.46pm on Friday night.
The fire crew had found the vehicle to be smoking from underneath, said a spokeswoman from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.
"Firefighters left the scene at 8pm and determined the fire to be accidental," she added.
