Car and rubbish set alight in overnight arson attacks
A CAR was deliberately set alight in Swinton in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters from Dearne station were called to the arson attack on Wentworth Road at 12.05am, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
They left the scene at 12.55am.
Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to a deliberate rubbish fire on Cinder Bridge Road, Greasbrough, at 5.25am, the spokesperson added.
The crew left the scene at 6.05am.
