Cannabis-laced sweets found after warrant in Sunnyside
POLICE executing a warrant at a property in Sunnyside discovered sweets laced with cannabis.
Officers from the Rotherham South Neighbourhood Policing Team executed the warrant at a property in Sunnyside on July 12, finding homemade lollies laced with THC oil, also known as cannabis oil.
The team said on social media: “The sweets aim to appeal to children, and are often used to still feel the effects of cannabis.
“Please speak to your children and make them aware of these type of sweets circulating and the risk and dangers they pose.”
