Businesses offered stress-busting tips

As part of European Health and Safety Week, New York Stadium is hosting a “stress in the workplace event”.

The event has been organised by South Yorkshire’s four councils and is free to attend.

It is aimed at employers, managers, and trade unions and will provide practical ways to help manage workplace stress.

Guest speakers for the day will be Rotherham Council’s director of public health, Dr John Radford, Alison Patey, the Health and Wellbeing Lead for Public Health England Yorkshire & Humber and Disability and Work Opportunities Advisor Simon Francis from the Department for Work and Pensions.
