Boy, 12, in hanging tragedy
POLICE have revealed that they are investigating the death of a 12-year-old boy whose body was found hanging at a house in Edlington at 4.30pm on Monday.
Officers said that a postmortem examination was scheduled for today to establish the cause of death.
Police said they were not treating the death as suspicious.
The victim has not been identified and his family was said to be too upset to talk about what happened.
A date for an inquest has yet to be fixed.
