Body in woods: victim named
POLICE have identified the body found in Wath woods last Tuesday as 45-year-old Nigel Ball, from Swinton.
Officers sealed off an area of woodland off Abdy Lane after a dog walker made the discovery at around 3.45pm.
A police spokeswoman confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances.
An inquest into the death of the 45-year-old is expected to open at 9.15am tomorrow at Rotherham Coroner’s Court.
