Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice has two dates for the diary: the first a Celebrate Christmas Concert, at Herringthorpe United Reformed Church, on December 4 at 7.30pm. The concert will feature the Sheffield Singers, who are part of Sheffield Philharmonic.

The second is Wickersley's Village Christmas Fair on December 5, which for the first time will be taken over and run by Bluebell Wood. The fair will take place at Wickersley Community Centre from 1pm until 4pm and the Mayor of Rotherham, Cllr Shaukat Ali will officially open the fund-raiser at 1.15pm.
