A PROMINENT town centre block of shops is heading for auction with a £1.85 million guide price.
The Effingham Square building next to Rotherham Interchange (pictured above right) comprises a parade of ten retail units with offices above.
Estate agents Savills said: “The property is situated on an island site between Water Street and Effingham Square in the heart of the town centre.
“The site may have development potential and the possibility of adding an extra floor subject to the requisite consents.”
