Bishop set to call in at Conisbrough church
A BISHOP will pay a visit to the Dearne Valley as part of his 50 mile prayer pilgrimage.
Rt Rev Dr Pete Wilcox, who will be installed as the eighth Bishop of Sheffield on Saturday in Sheffield Cathedral, will stop off at St Peter’s Church in Conisbrough between 4pm and 4.45pm on Wednesday.
He will spend time meeting the community before setting out again on his long walk.
