Bin torched in Holmes
A LARGE bin was set alight in Holmes in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday).
A crew from Rotherham fire station was called to Hartington Close at 2.35am to the large communal bin blaze.
The crew left the scene at 2.50am and the fire is believed to have been started deliberately, said a spokeswoman from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.
