A BIKER was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries after a rush-hour accident.

The 23-year-old, who was riding a black Kawasaki, was involved in a collision with an Audi A4 on Manvers Way, near Wath Road roundabout, at 4.55pm on Wednesday.

The biker came off the motorcycle and his vehicle collided with a bin lorry, a spokesman for South Yorkshire Police said.
