BEAUTY queen Laura Caddick will get a second chance at taking a top title after having success in this year’s contest.
Bartender Laura (25), of Rainborough Court in Brampton Bierlow, came fifth in the Miss British Isles competition this year after getting a wildcard chance to enter.
Now she is all set for the 2018 contest in March and aims to represent Rotherham and do the town proud.
Prior to this year’s competition, Laura had never taken part in a beauty pageant before.
Laura, who is now being sponsored by Authentic Mental Health, said she is looking forward to the upcoming contest in Chester.
She said: “I have been put in the final after placing fifth last time and will compete again in March representing Rotherham, my home town.
“I am aiming high to win this time. I have been working very hard to build my modelling portfolio. I did a photoshoot recently for Miss British Isles and I have got a few more in the run up to the final in March.
“I am very excited and keen to compete again as Miss Rotherham 2017/18.
“It was an amazing experience last time and it’s an honour to be in the final once again.”
Prior to competing in this year’s Miss British Isles contest, Laura had done make-up for Miss Great Grimsby finalist Anna Stacey.
