Barnsley man to stand trial over alleged Rotherham sex offence
A MAN will stand trial accused of sexually touching a woman.
Sam Wheeler (39), of Western Street, Barnsley, pleaded not guilty to intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over in Rotherham in April, 2018.
Wheeler was granted unconditional bail when he appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on February 22.
His trial date has been set for July 12 at the same court.
