ARSONISTS struck twice overnight — targeting a shed fire in Consibrough and a wheelie bin fire in Edlington.

ARSONISTS struck twice overnight just a few miles apart — targeting a shed fire in Conisbrough and a wheelie bin fire in Edlington.

Fire crews from Edlington and Rotherham stations spent more than seven hours tackling a deliberate shed fire on Sheffield Road, Conisbrough after being called out at 7.50pm. The crew left the scene at 3am.

Firefighters from Doncaster station also attended a deliberate wheelie bin fire on Princes Crescent, Edlington at 9.40pm, leaving at 9.55pm.
