Arsonists strike twice over bank holiday weekend in borough
A FIRE crew from Rotherham station were called out to a deliberate garden fire involving rubbish and a fence in East Herringthorpe.
Firefighters were called to the scene on Mallory Road at 5pm and came away at 5.30pm on Friday.
A transit van was then deliberately set on fire in the early hours of Sunday morning in Swallownest.
Firefighters from Aston station attended the incident at 1.55am on Arcubus Avenue and left at 2.50am.
