Arsonists strike overnight with quad bike blaze

A QUAD bike was deliberately set on fire by arsonists in Gildingwells in the early hours of this morning (Monday).

Firefighters from Aston Park station attended the incident on Red Quarry Lane at 12.55am and left at 1.30am.

Rotherham firefighters were later called out to a deliberate skip fire at 4.45am on Waddington Way, Aldwarke, leaving at 5.20am.

Dearne firefighters also spent an hour tackling an accidental fence fire at 7.10pm on Angel Street, Bolton-on-Dearne.
