Arsonist starts Dearne Valley grassland blaze
AN area of grassland was deliberately set on fire in the Dearne Valley last night.
A crew from Edlington station was called to the scene at 7.25pm yesterday (Monday) to deal with the fire on Garden Lane, Cadeby, and spent half an hour at the scene.
A fire service spokeswoman said the grassland had been set on fire deliberately.
