Arson attack on van in Kimberworth Park

A FIRE crew tackled an arson attack on a van in Kimberworth Park early on Saturday morning.

The firefighters were called out to the deliberate blaze at 1am to tackle the burning vehicle on Hutton Road, a South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said.

A hose reel was used in the 40 minute effort to put out the fire.
