Arson attack at derelict building in Wombwell

A DERELICT building was deliberately set alight in Wombwell last night.

Firefighters from Cudworth station were called to the arson attack on a derelict building on Roy Kilner Way at 8.45pm, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.

The crew left the scene at 9.35pm, the spokesperson added.
