Armed robbery at petrol station

POLICE are appealing for information after a robbery at the Total Service Station on Doncaster Road, Conisbrough.

The incident happened around 9.45pm last Thursday when a balaclava-wearing man entered the garage armed with a spanner and stole £300 from the till.

The suspect was wearing a dark hooded zip up jacket, jogging bottoms and trainers.

He was between 5ft 5ins and 5ft 7ins tall and of a slim build.
