Appeal to find Anston pensioner's stolen jewellery

Police are appealing for information after a 90-year-old woman’s jewellery was taken from her home.

The items including gold bracelets and a ring, were reported stolen last month from her address in South Anston– but officers believe they may have been taken at any time since June.

The elderly victim had been receiving care at home during this time and a number of people would have been coming and going from the address.

Police say the items were taken from the victim's bedroom jewellery box.

The victim has now moved to another address and her family are appealing for the safe return of these items.
