Appeal for witnesses after pensioner (80) dies in collision
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after an 80-year-old pedestrian died following a collision.
The pensioner was involved in a collision with a car, a red Nissan Juke, on Hoyland Road, Hoyland, at around 12.30pm on December 3.
The 80-year-old woman suffered critical injuries in the collision,

Hide Ad"Police, paramedics and the air ambulance attended the scene, but she sadly passed away," said a police spokeswoman.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision, particularly any motorists who were travelling along Hoyland Road who may hold dash-cam footage, or properties not already spoken to in the local area that have CCTV footage.
