Appeal after three-car crash at Cortonwood roundabout

A silver Vauxhall Astra and black Seat Leon were travelling down Dearne Valley Parkway, towards Cortonwood Retail Park, from the direction of Hemingfield, last Saturday at 10.15pm, a police spokeswoman said.

It is believed a 4x4 vehicle was involved but also fled the scene, she added.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the manner of the driving prior to the collision and those who may have dash-cam footage.
