Appeal after thieves steal 11 dogs from outbuilding

THIEVES knocked a hole into an outbuilding to steal 11 dogs — leaving their owner devastated, police said.

The animals — nine border collie puppies and two female Jack Russells — were taken from Killamarsh Lane, Woodall, at about 9pm last Monday (14).

A police spokesperson said: “An investigation is ongoing to find who is responsible.

“Police are asking for any information that might help them to reunite the dogs and puppies with their devastated owner.

“Were you in the area at the time? Did you see or hear anything suspicious? Have you seen dogs matching this description for sale in the area?”
