Appeal after fight between Rotherham United and Fulham fans

POLICE are asking for the public’s help to identify football fans who had a fight in Rotherham Central railway station.

The incident happened on Saturday, April 1, at around 6pm.

Two groups of football fans, believed to be from Rotherham United and Fulham, became involved in a violent altercation as the Fulham fans tried to board the train at Doncaster.

The disagreement continued until they reached Rotherham Central station where a fight broke out.

British Transport Police want to speak to the men shown in the CCTV images as they may have information which could help with the investigation.
