Another Rotherham United signing ... Midfielder Oliver Rathbone is now a Miller
The 24-year former Manchester United trainee underwent a medical on Monday and moves to AESSEAL New York Stadium on a three-year-deal.
A week ago, it looked like the transfer might prove to be out of Rotherham's financial reach, but the club upped their bid more than once and Warne has now got a man he has admired for several seasons.

Rathbone spent five years with Dale, racking up 183 appearances and scoring 15 goals.
He did his chances of a switch to New York no harm when he gave a man-of-the-match display against Warne's side in a 2-2 pre-season draw two weeks ago.
Last term, he featured in 46 games as Dale went down to League Two.
Warne, preparing his squad for their forthcoming League One campaign, said: "In my opinion, Oliver is one of the best midfielders in the division."
