Community group TimeBuilders are weaving their weekly magic in the run-up to the annual Festival of Angels.

A further 200 more knitted angels are needed for the event and anyone who wishes to get involved can get a pattern from the minster or join the Tuesday TimeBuilders angel-making sessions at the minster from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.

After last year’s event, 300 knitted angels with messages of hope and love were given away or spread around town.

The Festival of Angels will return to the minster on Thursday, December 12, at 4pm.
