Alleged groomer appears in court
A MAN accused of grooming a 14-year-old girl and asking for indedent images of her has appeared in court.
Kurt Cartwright (23), of Broom Avenue, Swinton, appeared at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Thursday) charged with attempting to cause or incite a girl to engage in sexual activity by requesting indecent images of her and meeting a girl under 16 following grooming.
He entered no plea and was bailed to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on August 30.
