Alert after Kimberworth cellar roof collapse
FIREFIGHTERS shored up a cellar which collapsed at a home in Kimberworth yesterday (Sunday).
A crew from Rotherham was called to Upper Wortley Road at 8.47am, having been alerted by a specialist fire officer, and placed a strut in the cellar to shore up the ceiling and wall, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
