'Abandoned' van torched in Rawmarsh this morning
AN ABANDONED van was deliberately set on fire in Rawmarsh this morning (Friday).
A crew from Dearne station attended the scene in Dawson Avenue at 3.05am.
"The crew left at 3.45pm and the cause was deliberate," a spokeswoman from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
"It appears the van had been abandoned and had been left there for a few days."
