Abandoned motorbike torched in Swallownest

FIREFIGHTERS were called out after an abandoned motorbike was set alight in Swallownest.

They attended Florence Avenue shortly after 6pm on Saturday and were at the scene for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, a moped was deliberately set alight on Coleman Street in Parkgate at 8.20pm yesterday (Sunday).
