Three men — aged 50, 25 and 26 — and a 25-year-old woman, who are all from Rotherham, were all arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply controlled drugs. They have been released under investigation.

Det Insp Scott Szymczak, head of Rotherham’s tasking team, said: “While our activity yesterday (Tuesday) centred on Kimberworth, please know that this forms part of our work across the town every single day.

“My team are committed to identifying those involved in drugs supply and removing illegal, highly-addictive substances from our streets.

“We do act on the information that the public provide to us, so please do report any concerns about drug dealing in your area.”
