200 plants seized and one arrest made in Mexborough cannabis raid
ONE person was arrested and 203 cannabis plants were seized in a police drugs raid in Mexborough.
The electricity meter had also been “bypassed in such a manner that this presented a fire risk to neighbouring properties”, police said.
Officers executed the warrant at an address on Doncaster Road in Mexborough last Thursday, with one person arrested inside the property.
They were charged with production of cannabis and remanded to appear at court on Friday morning.
