Tribute to biker crash victim John Chantler
THE wife of keen biker John Chantler has paid tribute to her husband after he was killed in a motorbike crash.
John, who ran the Wellgate Domestics shop in Rotherham town centre, died when his powerful Ducati left the worksop Road on a bend just outside Tickhill last Saturday.
The father-of-two suffered multiple injuries.
Wife Julie said: "John was well known and well liked by people in the local area having run Wellgate Domestics for the past ten years.
“We miss him so much.”
An inquest was opened an adjourned at Doncaster Coroner's Court today.
