Tinsley viaduct traffic warning

ROADWORKS on the Tinsley viaduct are likely to cause disruption when operations switch to the south-bound side this week.

The work mean that the southbound carriageway will be closed and vehicles less than 3.1m wide will be diverted onto the central service road of Tinsley Viaduct’s lower deck.

Vehicles wider than 3.1m will be diverted onto other roads.

Drivers using the viaduct's southbound lower deck are advised to plan their journeys and allow extra time to travel along this route.
