Northern Rail passengers invited to air their grumbles

NORTHERN Rail managers will be on hand to speak to customers at the station between 7 and 10am next Tuesday.

Passengers will be able to discuss any issues they have with train travel, such as disruption or overcrowding.

Pete Myers, head of service quality for Northern said: "We realise passengers can be frustrated with delays and cancellations and other issues they may have faced and we welcome them to come and talk to us about them so we can explain how we are working with our partners to find solutions.

“We would also love to hear from anyone who has suggestions on how services and facilities can be improved at Rotherham or what we're doing well."
