New fleet of buses to be unveiled
COMMUTERS will soon be enjoying a fleet of new buses as part of a £1.4 million investment.
Stagecoach Yorkshire will unveil ten new buses at an event at Rotherham United's New York Stadium on Wednesday, January 20.
The new vehicles will be able to carry five more passengers and run on the 22X route which serves Barnsley, Wombell, Wath, Manvers, Parkgate and Rotherham.
Stagecoach said the new vehicles will be lighter, more fuel efficient and will have improved suspension making journeys more comfortable for passengers.
