Motorcylist (62) in "serious" condition after Hooton Roberts collision

A MOTORCYCLIST remains in a serious condition in hospital following a collision in Hooton Roberts yesterday (Sunday).

Emergency services were called to the A630 Doncaster Road towards Conisbrough at around 4.50pm.

A police spokesman said a red BMW motorbike, a white Ford Focus and a balck Kia Sportage were all involved in the collision.

The motorcyclist — a 62-year-old man — was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where a spokesman said he remained in a “serious but stable” condition.

The drivers of the other vehicles were not injured but a passenger travelling in the Ford Focus was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
