Bus bosses seek feedback on-line
Stagecoach Yorkshire will hold Tweet the Director between 2pm and 5pm on Thursday, October 9.
The social media session is part of their national customer service week and will allow instant feedback on routes and timetables.

Hide AdManaging director Paul Lynch said: “Stagecoach passengers are increasingly using Twitter to get fast service updates and answers to questions about their travel.
“We launched our account in April this year and it’s proved to be a big hit with customers and a valuable source of feedback.”
He added: “Customer service is something we take very seriously and the session will give passengers an extra chance to ask questions, provide comments and make suggestions.
“We want to hear from as many people as possible and will use the feedback provided to shape our bus networks for the future.”

Hide AdThe bus operator has also launched its annual Customer Service Stars competition, where riders can vote for their favourite Stagecoach Yorkshire driver online.
