This week’s camera locations

MOBILE speed cameras will be used in a series of patrols on the borough’s roads this week.

Officers from the South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership will continue their ongoing efforts to reduce casualties on the region’s roads by targeting speeders for a week starting on Monday (6).

No fewer than 23 roads will be part of the operation.

Among the locations subject to patrols are: A57, Anston; Doncaster Road, Mexborough; Low Road, Conisbrough; Herringthorpe Valley Road, East Herringthorpe; Mansfield Road, Wales Bar; Upper Wortley Road, Thorpe Hesley; Wortley Road, Kimberworth; Doncaster Road, Thrybergh; and Doncaster Road, Conisbrough.

The other roads subject to patrols are: Bawtry Road at Brecks, Brinsworth, Hellaby and Wickersley; Rotherham Road, Maltby; Station Road, Kiveton Park; Wales Road, Kiveton Park; Stripe Road, Tickhill; Doncaster Road, Wath; Grange Lane, Maltby; Kilnhurst Road, Sandhill; Middle Lane South, Herringthorpe; Pontefract Road, Brampton; Vale Road, Thrybergh; and Worksop Road, Aston.
