Swinton drug-driver given two-year ban
A DRUG-driver has been banned from the roads for two years.
Joe Concannon (28), of Midland Road, Swinton, was handed a six-week curfew order at Rotherham Magistrates’ Court on December 18 after being caught behind the wheel with delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol \_ an ingredient in marijuana \_ in his blood on September 29.
He was banned for two years and ordered to pay £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.
