Sales help for Rotherham's SMEs
The company is holding a series of clinics to help small and medium sized companies evaluate their sales operations.
Sessions will cover recruitment, goal-setting and measurement, on-going management, motivation and retention.
The clinics were devised by Balanced Horizons after a marked increase in demand from businesses experiencing bottlenecks in growth, coupled with difficulties in building stable, successful sales operations.
Balanced Horizons Director Mike Starkings explained. "Many businesses start life with a clear vision, often based around a product or idea.
"But just having a vision doesn't deliver the consistent sales revenue needed to fuel growth in the business. The aim of our clinics is to help business founders improve their own selling techniques and enable them to find, recruit and retain a successful and sustainable sales function.”
