Indoor market operating and market stalls open during normal trading hours, but reduced services within the market hall. The outdoor market and scheduled monthly Farmers’ Market have been cancelled.

The Town Centre Property Shop closed to public.

Rents, reduced telephone service will be provided,  no home visits or surgeries on the day.

Kimberworth, Rawmarsh and Wath Housing Offices, closed. Emergency cover only from Greasbrough Office. Neighbourhood Champions  mobile working.

NHS The Rotherham Foundation Trust:

"We have cancelled elective activity and Outpatient clinics on this day, with the exception of some elective services and Outpatient clinics for patients that are considered part of our essential services. This includes patients with cancer and other very serious conditions.

"The Trust has made every effort to inform patients about cancellations both in writing and on the phone but if patients have any further queries, or are unsure whether to attend then they should telephone the Contact Centre on 01709 427949 or the clinic detailed on their appointment letter directly.

"For anyone feeling unwell, we would ask them to consider the most appropriate place to seek medical advice. If their condition is not life threatening or urgent, please think twice before attending A&E.

"A new telephone advice line is operating in Rotherham to direct patients to appropriate services. Rotherham patients who need immediate health advice or reassurance and can’t wait for an appointment with their GP, can dial 0333 321 8282 to speak to a nurse or GP who will advise the appropriate treatment, refer to other services or make an appointment direct with the Walk In Centre or out of hours GP service. The service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week."
