Rotherham landmarks lit up in support of Ukraine
THE owners of Rotherham landmarks have been shining a light — or several — on their solidarity with Ukraine.
Wentworth Woodhouse and Rotherham United showed their support for the war-torn Eastern European nation, thanks to PA Entertainments.
Adam Nicholson, from the lighting company, said of the displays on the Millers pitch and the front of the stately home: “We were approached by the trust of Wentworth to complete the work as an extra feature to their art event We Wonder Noir.
“We have a working relationship with Rotherham United, and have provided them with a number of lighting installations over the last three or four years.”
