READER PICTURE: rain-swollen River Don close to overflowing
IT'S been a soaking wet couple of days that have brought the River Don close to breaking its banks at Kilnhurst, as this reader picture shows.
It was taken by Matt McJannett, who also sent in a picture of a flooded footpath in Kilnhurst, after yesterday's heavy rainfall.
Forecasters are predicting more rain today with drier condition overnight, although it will stay windy and feeling cold.
